How to mark an item as paid for (cash) and collected in person

Question

I sold an item and it was collected and paid for in cash - now the item is stuck in 'payment pending' and there is no option that I can find to mark it as collected and paid for - does anyone know how I can do that? The drop-down menu next to the item only offers the option to cancel and relist, which clearly isn't what I want to do. Thanks in advance.

Cash on collection is not an accepted payment method so there are no options to get you out of this situation.

As advised --- Items for collection need to be paid for through eBay Checkout firstly (exception Vehicles).

Every item has the methods of payment accepted, you chose to ignore it. You now have no proof of delivery and buyer could open a not received case.
