How to invoice a buyer for re-posting
So an item i sent special delivery is now being 'returned to sender' (me) due to it being turned away from the buyers work address, looks like someone in their office said they weren't at that address. They now want me to send again, which is fine but i have said they will need to pay postage again. How can i invoice them for the new postage on ebay?

Mentor1 month agoYou can't do this through ebay,buyer will have to pay via PayPal if you both use it or snk transfer.
Or cancel sale,which refunds buyer, then relist.

Mentor1 month agoYou can’t there is no way through the ebay system for buyer to pay more money.
Has to be bank transfer, paypal or cheque. You then run up against trying to give bank account details etc. to buyer which will be stopped by ebay.
