how to get through to ebay

if a item is miss delivered , you tell the seller , wait for an "investigation " and then be told no refund , how do you take this up with ebay , it seems that its all AI or lists of topics that dont cover complaints

There isn't a way to report any of this to eBay. If you have your item then that's finally a good outcome for you.

Had you not received it you would have to open an eBay item not received claim, appeal that if you lost or issue a not received chargeback if you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay.

over the last week , but what makes it worse is that the person who had my item delivered to them , knew who i was and dropped it to me , if he hadnt i would have been left out of money and left being found guilty of what ever they thought ,to come to the conclusion of no refund , then i tell thew seller i have the item now ... its so wrong
