How to get print in store QR code for return

Im not great with tec and I'm in tears over this return, woukd be so gratefulfor any help. Tried so hard to get help from ebay and can't get myself understood. I don't own a printer and usually get sent a qr code that can be scanned in the post office, so they can print the label for a return parcel. But this time I was only sent a print at home label. Ebay told me that the qr code on the print at home label could be scanned, but the post office confirmed that wasn't true. Every time I've tried to get help ebsy assumes I'm asking about the qr code on the actual label that is scanned to confirm the parcel is in the postal system NOT the print in store qr code I need to show in the post office on my phone, that they scan in order to print the parcel label in the first place. I feel like I'm loosing my sanity over this and I'm scared I won't be able to return my parcel in time.

Mentor3 weeks agoI can only suggest that you do your own postage, although from what you say the seller should pay, but without their cooperation you are going to be stuck without returning in time.
I am afraid that ebay systems are so inflexible that when something goes wrong it is the ebay member who suffers.
