How to get paid without a collection code?
Evening. We’ve sold an item which has been delivered via a courier, no collection code was scanned. The buyers happy & has left feedback, but our payments on hold, what do we need to do to release the funds? Thanks.

Only the collection code will release your payment, else it may be held for 14 days.

OP2 weeks ago · EditedHi, it was a courier postage option, apparently I can contact the buyer & ask them to send me a photo of the collection code, otherwise after 14 days funds are released. This in our first courier sale & I thought receiving feedback was enough to prove it’s been delivered. Thanks.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf postage was an option and the buyer selected that, then there'll be a tracking number on the order which, when showing as delivered, may release your payment sooner.
