Summary: stufurn_27 shipped a parcel using DPD instead of Royal Mail due to size issues but is unsure how to update the tracking number in eBay. They are seeking assistance on how to receive payment for the sold and delivered item.

I used eBay tracking with royal mail,they turned up and said parcel was too big.so I sent the parcel my self with DPD.the person as received his parcel but I don't no how to update my tracking number.as I used my own DPD tracking.how do I get my money for a sold and delivered parcel,please help

You can't change the tracking but the payjment will be released anyway after 14 days. As a new seller it may be held for 30 days but that is a separate issue.
