How to get money back on simple delivery label
I always order via packlink only recently I noticed ebay have been overcharging for a label which I never use. How do I get my money back on this label? Since I have been buying new ones on packlink?

Mentor11 months agoWith all those new items listed, you must upgrade to business seller.
It is the law.
When done, no more SD, you select postage method & cost.

Mentor11 months agoAs tressygirl says you have to claim the refunds within 14 days of sale but you are selling multiples of new items and should be selling on a business account where simple delivery is not required and you can continue to use your own delivery preference.

You can change your account type here https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/profile you will go back to paying listing and selling fees

Mentor11 months agoBe aware, if you do use Simple Delivery and their labels, there are some benefits!
If the item is lost in the post , damaged on receipt and buyer opens a case for damaged in transit, those refunds are made by eBay and you get to keep the payouts for those items.
