How to get help directly from ebay when AI assistant is not working

For the first time in several years I sold an item on eBay auction. I discovered my contact telephone number was a landline I no longer use and tried to update my mobile number but it would not accept . When I requested Royal Mail collection, the message to Royal Mail did not give my complete address, even though it is listed, and only because our mail lady knows me did she collect the package! On top of that, I will not receive the payment until the package is delivered even though I have been on eBay for over 20 years due to unusual activity even though i have 100% feedback. - NIGHTMARE - and the AI assistant says something is wrong and come back later for four days so i cannot request a call back. How do I get through to eBay customer help?
