How to exclude couriers
I had recently an order where the buyer selected InPost, this being the first order that I had with them. I have sent the item on time, all good however the buyer received a yellow dress instead of a tin of waterproofing paint. I have never sold this kind of dresses and I know for sure what I posted however I don't see any way of proofing this. I decided to exclude InPost services from my items. Is there any way of doing so?

Mentor3 months agoThere are an increasing number of complaints if this type when using Inpost.
It may well be due to the double labelling process used by Inpost which allows two opportunities to mislabel items, but most likely at the depot stage.
Sellers should be able to label their own items.
