How to deal with Return Closed
I have tried to resolve issue with an item that doesn't fit. Contacted seller with no solution offered. Refund refused and Status says Return closed. What about Ebay guaranteed return policy and how do I leave feedback about seller?

Mentor4 days agoOnly business sellers must accept returns for items that don't fit.
If your seller is a private seller then they can decline a return opened for that reason.

OP4 days agothanks now know there are bad sellers out there. I'll be more careful in future

Mentor4 days agoPrivate sellers can refuse does not fit returns, classed as buyer change of mind.
You should have opened not as described case, too late now case is closed.
You could try contacting your payment provider.
