How to deal with
Hi, I paid for an item on 5 August. When I asked the seller when they would post it they told me that it was sent and I would get my tracking details soon. Today is 13 August, no tracking details and the seller is not answering my messages. Please advise. Thank you

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 3:40 PMYou will have when you purchased been given an estimated delivery date (EDD) one day after the last day on it, if you have not received the item open an item not received case.
If after three days you have not heard anything on day for escalate to ebay for a refund.
