How to contact ebay service agents telephone number
Can any one help am pulling my hair out.
EBay contacted me couple of weeks ago informing me an item has been recalled as dangerous/faulty and to contact the Seller for a full refund. I've sent an email to seller and seller is ignoring me. I've tried to contact customer services for further help and am going round & round with the stupid AI which is a much use as a chocolate teapot. Is there a human being employed in eBay or is it all AI now.

Mentor11 months agoeBay will usually only help within 30 days of delivery date but you can contact them if you like by requesting a callback on here:

OP11 months agoThe item I've had since Christmas never used it. But product has been
classed as dangerous/fire hazard/major product fault and have been
recalled. Seller has ignored all my emails and I need to sort it out for a
refund. I now need further input from eBay but AI drive me mad going round
& round.
I will try this now.
