How to contact eBay- received package that isn't mine

Hi everyone,

I have received an eBay package that isn't mine. I have a partial address, name and what I thought was an ebay user name. Chatbot can't help, and I don't see a way to ring or email eBay directly. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to get this package to the right address!

Ebay would be as much in the dark as you are, if you have an ebay ID you can find using this

Is the item of any great value, as it could be what is called the Brushing Scam, use google to find out about that.
