Not allowed on the boards, any information to CS may or may not be acted on they will not tell you of any action taken, but if you wish to contact CS, I'll admit it's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.

You have to keep asking AI to "Speak to an agent"
