How to contact eBay ?

Question

I have bought something from eBay as a guest, and after receiving the items inhavevtried to return it to the buyer for refund.

When I’ve posted the good a they were returned to me for no specific reason but the buyer said it wasn’t him who returned it.

I am trying to open a case with eBay but I can’t because the item doesn’t appear in my “purchases”. What shall I do??

When you buy as a guest, the email from ebay is the only record you have and cases are opened through the email links. The seller will not know ramona31ramona, but a buyer name given by ebay.

No feedback can be left or received either. Always best to buy through your account
