Hi, I have been an idiot and managed to list a different item to the one I was intending to sell! Wouldn't be so bad if someone hadn't bought it and already received it. They have now contacted me and pointed out the school-boy issue, but the ebay app is now letting me reply to their message, apparently because 'Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions'!! @daspi4646 if you read this its the only way i can apparently...

That message you received, is a really odd one always sent when there is any communication between buyer and seller. If you wish to send your buyer a message re the item, switch from that limited app to a laptop / Pc and use Chrome with that combo, go to your sold item and from More Actions click on Contact Buyer, and send your message. @slim4921
