How to complain about a purchase you made 3 months ago
I bought a pair of Nike trainers from eBay just under 3 months ago, I've messaged the seller to complain about the quality of them as there's nearly a hole on the sole of one of the trainers already, I've had no response from the seller is there anything else I can do? Any help with this would be much appreciated

Mentor1 month agoYou have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay, same for PayPal.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or ApplePay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback. With trainers I don't feel that you'll get anywhere, as it can't be proved how they've been treated during the past 3 months, worth checking out though with your payment provider.
