How to co tact actual ebay customer services

Today I picked up some ice skates. Ebay is now telling the seller to send them to me! I am being charged for their postage.I can see no "buyer collection code" I need to speak to someone but can't find how please?

If they weren't listed for collection there won't be a collection code. The seller can mark it as dispatched by downloading the postage label. It will still be unused and you will automatically get a refund for it in 30 days. As there's no tracking the seller's payment will be held for 14 days.
