how to clear a live chat conversation

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

hi there, i need to reach out to ebay on live chat however the previous conversation is preventing me from starting a new conversation as the message box at the bottom is greyed out, how can i resolve this? thanks

I am not sure that Live Chat is still available, although it does look as though it is possible to contact by email.
