Approved eBay repair centre , 12 months warranty , no response from them through eBay.

how do I get eBay to step in and help resolve this please ?

If this was an ebay approved refurbished item, you would have received paperwork or message at the time of buying how to claim.

eBay only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Try your payment provider.

EBay approved repairs , make a big song and dance about having a 12 month warranty . Then when you contact the company and they ignore you , I’ve got no leg to stand on .

Trading as NEXTBASE you don’t expect to be ignored .
