How to Change Postage After Creating Label
I accidentally created the postage label for an item I sold instead of letting the Royal Mail courier collect it. Is there any way to change that?

Mentor1 month agoYou'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy and pay again.
