How to change delivery method after buyer has purchased

Question

Have sold item which I had marked up with the wrong delivery (first time) and the courier does not ship the weight the item weighed, buyer is coming near to my location so we decided to do meet in person but I do not know how to change the delivery status............?

You can't, if the buyer is coming to collect the best way forward is to cancel this order and set it up as collection in person, no postage, your buyer then repurchases the item and, when they pay via eBay checkout they'll get a collection code they can give to you when they collect. This proves that they have their item.
