How to cancel an order once buyer has requested to cancel
I recently had someone make an order on an item I de-listed. Unfortunately they tried to cancel the order as I was away and without signal to confirm the cancellation; Because of this I now can’t cancel the order on my end.
The buyer no longer wants/needs the item and I’m stuck with a pending order and they are without a refund
Any suggestions on how to cancel the order?
