How to cancel an order after the 3 day period has ended

I sold an item & the buyer wanted to cancel the order within a few hours. I was away & because I did not cancel the order within the 3 day window Ebay will not allow me to cancel. Because I received no payment & just relisted the item & it sold to another buyer. Now the original buyer wants a refund & Ebay won't let me cancel the order.

Find the original sale in your 'orders'.

Click on 'View order details' and you should see the option to 'send a refund'.

Choose the amount to refund - Ebay will refund the BPF and postage if it was Simple Delivery.

Choose the reason 'buyer cancelled'
