How to buy another label for oversized parcel

Good Evening,just I sold a table ,when went to post inpost refused my parcel,how to choise another best option to deliver my over sized parcel and to return money or to use them for to buy another label

You would have to cancel/refund the transaction via the more actions dropdown menu for the item on your orders list. Then relist and change sub/category until you get the oversize option which will allow to buy the postage yourself outside of ebay.
