How to block bidders with zero% feedback?
I have had a bid on an item from a member who it says is based abroad. Their feedback is 0%, there has been no activity on their account for over a year. I have my listings set so there should be no bids from anyone whose primary address is abroad. The item is quite valuable so I smell a rat, do I just block that bidder, or is there a way to block members with no feedback?

we all started at zero, so how would we buy if no seller let us.
If you don't have international postage shown, buyer can't pay.
May be better to cancel their bid & block them.

I would certainly not send a valuable item abroad. It may be worth carefully checking your preferences as if UK only is set surely it should not take foreign bids? Ah eBay!
