how to avoid simple delivery

I always specify the "Custom" delivery option at the time of listing ; at some point ebay amend this to the "Simple" option which then is applied to succesful purchases. How can I avoid this ? I believe all my charges are lower than those specified by ebay so the buyer is losing out with the "simple" option.

You can only opt out of Simple Delivery in some sub-categories. eBay don't show a full list and you won't know for sure until you go to sell something. If the custom postage option doesn't appear then it's not eligible to opt out.
