How to appeal an eBay decision

I recently posted a parcel and the buyer said it hadn't arrived. So eBay refunded the buyer but I have proof is has been delivered to the in post locker. What do I do next as eBay closed the case. Tia

Did you use Simple Delivery? I thought lost in post using SD then ebay refunds, if you did not use SD then when case of not received was opened then you should have entered your tracking to prove delivery.
