How to add tracking details retrospectively

Question

I sold two separate items to same person. My mistake was to combine both items in one parcel using one tracking number. Parcel with both items has been received but eBay say I haven’t sent one item and I can’t work out how to mark this as dispatched? Hope someone can help, first time user of simple delivery!

Without tracking for 2nd item, you will have to wait 14 days for payment.

Not possible.

Recommended with agreement of buyer, to cancel both sales and relist as one item for buyer to buy again.

Once you have a selling record and qualify, payments are released within 24 hours, even before you have posted.
