how to add a RM special delivery tracking number

Firstly thank you for any assistance and secondly how bad is the ebay AI !!! truly is terrible.

so my issue, I have sold an item, sent the item via RM special delivery which doesn't seem to be available via the ebay postage options and when Im trying to add the tracking details it simply says that the option is not available

how do I add the tracking number for both the buyer and the proof of delivery ?

You can't change tracking number if you don't use Simple Delivery. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.

If you want to mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > print labe for the original prepaid label. It will remain unused and if the buyer paid forit the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

For future reference Smple Delivery covers the seller for most items (except precious gems and metals) for up to £750.
