How to action a large parcel on a sale

Hi all,
Can anyone advise how I add a parcel larger than the Simple delivery option. Its 21kg and 40cm W, 80cm L and H is 67cm.
I have just cancelled and relisted as Ai bot suggested, but now having issues as no provider is showing after I select Oversized parcel.
I have read I make a delivery outside Ebay (on oversized parcels) and put the tracking number in the order for me and the buyer.
I presume once the parcel arrives and classed as received I get paid with funds withheld by Ebay.
Is this correct please?

Mentor3 weeks agoYes, the "Oversized" option enables the seller to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy their own postage. You will be able to add the tracking number manually and the money will be released when the tracking shows delivery to the buyer.
