How much will I actually get?
Hi everyone.
On all my listings I include the cost of postage and offer 'Free postage' on my listings. I use the ebay simple postage tool and as such the cost of the postage is taken out by ebay before I get my poart of it.
I've received an offer on an item I am selling. It states I will get 'X' amount but is this amount before or after ebay have taken the charge for postage?
Hope this makes sense.

Mentor1 month agoAs you do freepost, you still pay for postage out of accepted amount.
If buyer makes an offer, they offer what they want to pay, so BPF will deducted.
If seller makes an offer/counter offer, ebay add on BPF.
It is explained when buyer offer is made, but not very well.

OP1 month agoYou're right there, it isn't explained very well and trying to navigate through the ebay site to find the information you want is trying to say the least. Thank you for trying to explain it to me though.
