Mentor2 weeks agoYou did open a proper return case I assume, if so seller has 3 days to refund and after that you can escalate to ebay.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can escalate the case to ebay. Go to the return case, click on Return Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
