How long for money back garuntee or if I actually get money back?

Ive bought an item and after the date of when it should be delivered. I found out that the seller has deleted their account and their is no tracking information. Obviously I am a bit worried about this so any information or support would be great. I have set up a ticket so hopefully I did the right thing.

If you were able to open a "not received" case you should be OK. Sometimes transactions vanish from ebay altogether and a case is not possible.
