How long for a seller reply

I really need some information about a product before buying and have messaged the seller 4/5 days ago, how long should I wait? Can eBay give them a “nudge” to reply?

No, eBay won't do that. I would assume the answer is not favourable to the seller so I would look elsewhere.

No ebay cannot give them a nudge! Its between you and the seller, and I would strongly suggest if they can't be bothered to respond move on and buy the item elsewhere.
