How Long Does Ebay Take To Review Feedback?

An international buyer purchased an item from me. They then left me negative feedback without any other contact; giving me no opportunity to sort out any issue. I contacted Ebay through "request for feedback revision" but nothing has happened for the past week or so. The buyer agreed that negative feedback was inappropriate and is happy to revise it, but cannot do anything while waiting for Ebay to review the situation.
Does anyone know how long it takes Ebay to revise feedback?

Mentor1 month agoThe revise feedback request should have been sent to buyer, NOT ebay.
When dealing with getting feedback removed you Appeal to ebay.

Mentor1 month ago · EditedEBay don’t review the feedback per se. If your buyer says he will revise, send him a revision request form ( goto your feedback page the request should be there if you are allowed to send. Buyer then has 10 days to revise.
