OP1 week agoThank you. Didn't really help though. Paid on 27th August still not dispatched. I will be asking for a refund if not dispatched on Thurdsay.

Check estimated delivery date on item in your purchase history.
You can open item not received case 1 day after this date, escalate on day 4.
