Iv just been restricted for no reason and it says go to my messages on eBay to get it fixed but I don’t understand how to do it can anyone help me please?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt looks like your account has only been set up today. You may be missing something in your set up, such as bank account details.
What does the message/banner about the restriction say exactly?
