It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' you may eventually get through.
Or better still, come back here, explain your issue, and the many experienced members here are happy to help.
It's quicker and may I say you may well get better results asking here!
