How do you set up payments for a selling account and verify it in the UK if you do not do internet banking?

How do you set up payments for a selling account and verify it in the UK if you do not do internet banking?
I want to sell and added my bank account, but then couldn't verify it. Every time I click on the option to link my bank account it is only for those who internet bank. I don't internet bank.
I found on the help page this message:
If you don't have internet banking to verify your account, you can verify your bank account using microdeposits:
Sign in to Seller Hub or My eBay.
Select the banner to verify your bank account.
Choose Verify with microdeposits.
Wait 3-5 business days for two small payments to reach your bank account.
Sign in again to Seller Hub or My eBay, select the banner, and enter the microdeposit amounts to complete verification.
The problem is there is no banner that I can find with a 'verify your bank account' or anywhere I can find the option for microdeposits.
What am I doing wrong. Please help me someone. I need really clear or video instructions. I've looked on Youtube but it has still not helped.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need a verified Selling account and UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to send, receive and request payments ---Best use a PC/Laptop to make changes --- can take a few days to verify .>
