how do you opt out of Simple Delivery ?
I got an email from Ebay saying you can now opt out of Simple Delivery, but how I see no way to do it ?

OP11 months agoI have sold a poker chip for £3.50 and posted it as usual Royal Mail , small letter, 2nd class, 87p. I could not opt out of Simple Delivery so I am still being charged for the pre paid label £2.72 , that I have not used, which means I am minus 9p.

Mentor11 months agoThe opt-out is something you do during the listing process, not after the item has sold. The buyer would have paid for the original label but as it's unused they will get a refund in 30 days.

Mentor11 months agoYou can only opt out for letter or large letter items under £20/100g in certain sub-categories. In FAQs on here:

click on "Which listings aren't required to use Simple Delivery?"
