How do you get Klarna to show up as a payment option?

Hi, I need help understanding why Klarna is not being offered on one of my listings.
I am a UK private seller using eBay Managed Payments.
The listing is:
• Item: Mini Yurt Frame
• Category: Camping & Hiking > Tents & Canopies
• Condition: New Other
• Buy It Now price: £850
• UK delivery only
• Free postage
• No returns accepted
I have a specific buyer who wants to purchase this item using Klarna. She is a regular Klarna user and has confirmed that Klarna is available to her on other comparable eBay listings from other sellers.
I understand that Klarna is automatically offered on eligible listings and that there is no seller setting to switch it on. However, Klarna is not appearing on my listing, even though the purchase appears to meet the published eligibility criteria.
I have checked the following:
• The total price is well below the £2,000 Klarna limit.
• The item is in Tents & Canopies, which does not appear to be an excluded category.
• The buyer is in the UK.
• Delivery is UK only.
• The buyer can see Klarna on other eBay listings.
• I am a private seller using Managed Payments.
• The item is listed as New Other.
• There is only one item/seller involved.
• I am not using Simple Delivery because the item consists of three parcels, each up to 20kg.
Can anyone tell me why Klarna is not being made available for this listing?
