How do you find a members profile, the ebay system is dreadfull

I want to find a members profile as I have had someone contact me suggesting a 'buy it now' price but before I agree I want to check on their profile as I dont trust approaches like this

Click on their username.

You can see their feedback and also access their 'about' section.

Lots of people don't have a profile as such, just a country and a 'date joined'.
