How do you End Listing when Ebay have disabled the End Listing function

I am trying to end a listing but Ebay have disabled the End Listing function for this product. Every time I try I get:-

End listing failed

Please try again later.

I have been trying for weeks and have been writing to them for weeks.

I even spoke to them a couple of times but it is still there on my account.

Customer service are no use. They say it will disappear eventually but its not gone yet.

If there are any pending offers, these have to expire or be declined then you can end a listing with the following link.
