How do you create x2 new postage labels? x2 items sent to wrong adddresses
Hi everyone,
I unfortunately had two items delivered to the wrong addresses. Both buyers are happy to post the items to each other, as this is easier then returning them and sending them again.
I need to issue them each with a new postage label but cant seem to do this through the sellers platform, as labels have already been issued, tracking showing as delivered etc.
Would it be best to go directly through Royal mail etc and do this?

Mentor6 months agoThat is not the correct procedure the buyers should send the items back to you, for you to relist for the buyers to buy and pay again. They should not be responsible and cannot be liable for any other mishap in transit, for the posting to the correct person.
Ask your buyers to open cases for item not as described.
Accept the case preferably immediately, but you have 3 days to do so. Through the details provide that paid for tracked return postage label. Once the item is back with you fully refund those buyers, you have 48 hours to do this. Stick within those timelines and your seller performance is not affected.
Then, relist the items for the buyers to buy and pay again.
