How do you contact ebay if a product a year from purchase

Question

i cant find anyway to contact eBay from the item as listed in purchase history. The item is an Airflow extractor. It failed after a year and I looked to replace this 180 pound item as has a 3 year warrantee. The seller refused to replace except with a lesser quality item that would need a builder to modify the wall to fit. Airflow investigated and found this seller is not allowed to sell the product. I would like my money back as guaranteed and to inform Ebay.

You have 30 days to return an item that's not as described via eBay’s Money Back Guarantee/Buyer Protection, same for PayPal.

Unfortunately, for items bought that long ago, you're way out of time to pursue a refund.

If your seller is a UK registered business seller you may want to take some free advice from one of the online consumer groups (National Consumer Service is a good one, lots of free legal advice available there) or Citizens Advice regarding pursuing this via a legal claim.

ebay won't do anything. It's far too late for them and they don't get involved with warranties. Try money claim online.
