How do you arrange to get a refund for fraudulent items that were bought on a single order?
AND seller has in mean time between ordering and receipt been removed by eBay for 'not adhering to policy' (suspect due of other feedback for same reason as mine) .... AND without having to report each individual item as individual reports?
In my case several SD cards (should have been 1 x 512GB, 1 x 1TB and 1 x 2TB) had been manipulated but actually of far less capacity (on test a 512GB was found to be approx 8GB) - others not tested. But although ordered at same time as part of the same order it seems I have to do a 'return' separately for the 512GB, 1GB and 2GB cards...
And why doesn't eBay have a phone desk or even an HUMAN help/chat desk (as I'm deaf) to deal with problems in real time !!! Preferably in the UK too 😞

·5 months agoYou don't need to contact Ebay in order to get a refund.
You seem to realise that you need to start a return case for each item you have purchased. Once you open a case/start a return stating you have bought an item which is 'not as described', the process is automated.
If the seller doesn't respond, you go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.
If it is the seller you have left the two negatives for, their account is still live but they are on time away.
This will not prevent you from starting the return process.
