How do withdraw the funds for her

My child is 16 and didn’t realise eBay required sellers to be 18. They entered their genuine details and completed one sale. There is currently £146.40 showing in their eBay balance, but identity verification is preventing the withdrawal. We want to resolve this properly and find out how the existing funds can be released

My feeling is that it will be a long wait before released.Under 18 and he is not liable for debts, so could leave ebay open to claims, without the means to recover money.

I assume ebay have closed his account. Others have said money is not released until he is 18.
