How do we cancel an over charged on postage? Con ?

Hiya I just released as buying an item again they had changed the postage and now over charging me big time to make extra money £30 postage is very unreasonable for two packs of sugar alternative, I had free postage last time this is obviously is a con, can any one help? I've requested to cancel my order but nothing seems to be happening thank U regards Cat

While that seems excessive, as you presumably could see the postage before you paid, it's not 'overcharged' as such.

The seller doesn't have to accept your cancellation request and unless they accept change of mind returns you can't send the items back.
