How do resolve problem with getting a refund
bought an item as a guest, reported undelivered,
could not respond to seller as did not accept my email address.
query closed by ebay as over 30 days expired.
have tried reporting AI does not understand problem,
Help anyone???

Mentor3 weeks agoFor information, if you buy as a guest, the seller was no idea who you are as I assume ebay uses a made up ID.
You say “reported undelivered,”. How did you do this?
The correct thing to do is open a Not received Case through link on the confirmation email you should have received from ebay.
As said above, contacting the seller is pointless, as the buyer is “guest” not john495113.
